If a Customer or Guest decides to use the Site's "Tell Others Program" Feature to invite a friend or family member to our site,
the Customer or Guest is asked to submit the friend's/family member's last name and email address. The Site will automatically
send the friend/family member an email informing them of the referral and inviting them to visit the Site. The friend's/family member's last
name and email address is retained solely for the purpose of automatically adding it to the Site's "Last Name" database.
The Site may also send reminders of the referral in the future. The person referred will always have the option to "opt out" of our
database from any emails they receive from the site. The Site will not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other type of
communication besides referrals, sweepstakes, and YourNameUniversity.com
product availability updates.
Site Security Procedures
The Site uses a variety of security measures and procedures to ensure that your personal information remains secure, confidential, and
unaltered. We use industry standards to prevent unauthorized access to all Site data from inside and outside the company. However, with the
rapid development of and changes in internet technology, there is no such thing as "perfect internet security."
Notice of Change
We may change this policy at time based on your feedback or updates to our data collection policies and procedures. Policy changes will take
effect after we have notified our members of such changes via email with at least (30) days notice. The 30 days notification period is
offered in order to give you time to notify us that you do not agree with the stated changes.
