Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the items ordered and the distance they are being shipped. Our
shipping system determines which transportation method will be the most economical for you.
APPAREL: We batch process our orders every day to our printing facility.
Please allow up to 3
weeks for delivery of your order.
Please allow a FULL 3 WEEKS for the delivery of your order BEFORE
you contact customer service. All orders will be sent via UPS Ground (with Delivery Tracking and Confirmation).
1. Due to the fact that our products are are customized and produced on-demand, all YourNameCampaign.com
sales are final. We do NOT provide refunds, credits or exchanges for any non-defective items.
We will be happy to replace any defective or incorrectly shipped items at our expense.
To return a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the
